Shanghai Yangpu Delegation Visits Saudi Office of Winson Law Offices

On November 18, a delegation led by Bao Lei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yangpu District Party Committee and Director of the District Supervisory Committee of Shanghai, visited the Beijing Winson Law Firm Saudi Arabia office for a research and guidance session. The delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with the local legal team at the Saudi office. The purpose of the visit was to better understand the legal environment in the Middle East, especially concerning the protection of the rights and interests of Chinese citizens and enterprises in Saudi Arabia.

At the beginning of the meeting, Xu Jinxu, Director of Winson's Saudi office, introduced the firm's development history and major business areas. He shared the firm's experience in areas such as investment implementation, ongoing legal services, litigation and arbitration, and criminal judicial assistance. The delegation inquired in detail about the firm's experience in combating cross-border crimes and protecting the rights of overseas citizens, and held practical discussions on how to strengthen cooperation between domestic and foreign judicial and law enforcement agencies.
