Legal professional with an international academic background and eight years of experience in litigation, international arbitration, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Former legal assistant at the Abu Dhabi office of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and former intern at several law firms in London.

Currently responsible for the firm's Iraq office, combining academic training with international legal experience.

Case

  • Provided legal and regulatory advice to contractors and equipment suppliers involved in large-scale infrastructure and energy EPC projects in the UAE, including research on project implementation, market access, approvals, procurement, subcontracting, employment, localisation, customs clearance, and insurance, and prepared project-specific legal reports and opinions.
  • Conducted comparative legal research on cross-border dispute resolution in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Iraq, including the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, arbitral awards, and mediated settlement agreements, and advised international clients on dispute-resolution mechanisms and cross-border enforcement strategies.
  • Delivered end-to-end legal support to Chinese enterprises entering the UAE and Iraq, covering location assessment, company incorporation, permit applications, tax and regulatory compliance, employment administration, and ongoing compliance management, and prepared legal opinions and investment implementation plans.
