Drawing on Winson’s International Engineering Expert Think Tank and project experience across the Middle East, we advise owners, developers, investors, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on projects, infrastructure and construction across energy, industrial, transport, telecommunications and civil-building sectors. Cross-border work includes Chinese contractors, equipment suppliers and investors participating in projects across the Middle East, Africa and other regions, as well as international sponsors and project participants involved in China or China-related projects, linking international contract standards with mandatory local rules and project delivery.
