- Represented a finance-leasing company in a finance-lease contract dispute, related enforcement proceedings, and the debtor’s bankruptcy liquidation, involving RMB 510 million.
- Represented a party in an enforcement matter arising from a contract dispute with an import and export group, involving RMB 50 million, and identified a viable route for the enforcement applicant to realise its claim.
- Represented a technology information company in a sales-contract dispute involving RMB 120 million and obtained a favourable result for the claimant.
- Advised a real estate development company on a syndicated-loan financing project valued at RMB 1.5 billion, including legal opinions, contract review, and participation in project negotiations.
