Biography

Holds a Juris Doctor degree and has an international academic background and an understanding of common-law principles.
Previously worked with a Fortune Global 500 company and a major Chinese state-owned financial institution, gaining experience in commercial transactions, financial risk, and corporate decision-making.
Has litigation and dispute-resolution experience from law firms in Mainland China and Hong Kong and is familiar with civil-law and common-law environments.
Advises on domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration, recognition and enforcement of judgments, asset preservation, and recovery strategies.
Provides integrated contentious and non-contentious legal services covering risk assessment, transaction support, dispute management, hearings, enforcement, and cross-border coordination.

Case

  • Represented a Chinese equipment engineering company in connection with the recovery of approximately SAR 670,000 in overdue payments arising from a project in Saudi Arabia. Provided full-process legal support covering case assessment, litigation strategy, preparation and filing of court documents, representation before the Saudi courts, and enforcement planning, with coordination between the China and Saudi teams.
  • Advised a Chinese state-owned building materials group on a proposed share acquisition, subsequent capital injection, and cooperation on an asphalt mixing plant project in the UAE. The work covered transaction structuring, legal due diligence on the target company, legal analysis of the joint venture and project operations, and the drafting and review of key transaction documents, including the memorandum of understanding, share purchase agreement, articles of association, cooperation agreement, and shareholders’ resolutions.
