Chen Weihang introduced the main functions of the representative office in the first generation, including providing policy advice, business docking, and risk early warning services for Zhejiang enterprises, helping enterprises expand their markets, and optimizing investment layouts in the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East.

Lawyer Zhao Wenjie focused on analyzing the business environment of the United Arab Emirates, pointing out that Dubai, as a financial and trade hub in the Middle East, has developed rapidly in the digital economy, green energy, international engineering, and other fields, attracting a large number of Chinese-funded enterprises to settle in, but also facing legal challenges such as cross-border compliance and international arbitration.

Both sides agree that Zhejiang Province, as a highland of China's private economy and extroverted industries, has great potential for cooperation with the United Arab Emirates in cross-border e-commerce, infrastructure, new energy, and other fields. In the future, we will focus on promoting resource sharing and business coordination, build a "one-stop" legal service platform, and provide Zhejiang enterprises with full-process services such as investment adjustment, dispute resolution, and compliance management, to reduce the risk of going abroad.
