Winson Law Offices Selected for Xi’an Going Global Service Port

Recently, the 2026 12th International Chamber of Commerce Trade and Investment Fair and the 1st Chinese Enterprises Going Global Matchmaking Conference concluded successfully in Xi'an. At the event, the "Chinese Enterprises Going Global (Xi'an) Comprehensive Service Port" officially released its inaugural list of service providers, with Winson Law Firm successfully selected as one of the first-batch legal service providers.

A Central-Local Collaborative Overseas Service Platform

The "Chinese Enterprises Going Global (Xi'an) Comprehensive Service Port" was established in January 2026, jointly initiated by the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI), the Xi'an Sub-Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and the Xi'an ChanBa International Port Management Committee. It has been officially admitted into the Belt and Road International Commercial Legal Services Demonstration Zone, and stands as one of the key comprehensive enterprise overseas service platforms developed by the city of Xi'an.

Leveraging Xi'an's geographic advantages as the starting point of the ancient Silk Road and a major assembly hub for China-Europe Railway Express services, the platform is positioned to "link Asia and Europe, serve the nation, and reach out to the world." It systematically integrates high-quality resources across legal, financial, logistics, and consulting sectors, building a comprehensive overseas service ecosystem that combines policy integration, logistics hub functions, industrial empowerment, and cross-border services.

The platform plans to establish ten specialized service modules covering policy consultation, project matchmaking, risk prevention and control, commercial law services, financial support, dispute mediation, country-specific guides, trade friction early warning, overseas security, and talent training, providing enterprises with end-to-end support from early-stage planning through to overseas implementation.

Inaugural Service Provider List Released

Serving as a core component of the 10th Silk Road International Expo, this matchmaking conference was held under the theme of "Bringing In and Going Out to Share the Glory of the Silk Road; Building Platforms and Fostering Cooperation to Recapture the Splendor of the Han and Tang Dynasties." The event attracted more than 300 guests, including officials from embassies and consulates in China representing multiple countries, heads of international chambers of commerce, executives from multinational corporations, and representatives of enterprises pursuing overseas expansion.

During the project announcement session, the Xi'an Sub-Council of CCPIT officially released Announcement No. 1 on the service system of the "Chinese Enterprises Going Global (Xi'an) Comprehensive Service Port," as well as Announcement No. 2 publishing the first-batch lists of service providers, overseas comprehensive service stations, and foreign affairs liaison offices of chambers of commerce and industry associations. The release of these two announcements carries pioneering significance for the development of Chinese enterprise overseas service platforms nationwide, marking an important step forward for Xi'an in supporting the high-quality overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises.

In addition to the legal service provider list, the platform simultaneously established six specialized service sub-centres, covering the China-Europe Railway Express Economic Circle, agriculture, food and catering, cultural overseas expansion, manufacturing and the digital economy, traditional Chinese medicine and medical health tourism, and international youth exchange, to meet the diverse overseas needs of enterprises across different sectors.

Selection Reflects Professional Recognition

Winson Law Firm's inclusion in the inaugural list of legal service providers reflects the platform's strong recognition of the firm's professional credentials, service capabilities, and industry experience.

The establishment of the "Chinese Enterprises Going Global (Xi'an) Comprehensive Service Port" actively responds to national policy requirements calling for the development of comprehensive overseas service ports, the establishment of overseas comprehensive service stations, the enhancement of chambers of commerce and industry association service functions, and the cultivation of a cohort of professional service institutions with strong cross-border capabilities. The platform focuses on the full-process needs of enterprises going overseas, providing integrated services spanning policy navigation, market research, compliance review, intellectual property protection, cross-border finance, logistics channels, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on addressing the key pain points enterprises face in overseas expansion, including information asymmetry, mismatched service support, uncontrollable risks, and blocked channels.

Conclusion

Looking ahead, the platform will continue to deepen collaborative engagement with relevant authorities at all levels, steadily expanding its service network and elevating its service capabilities. Through the regular hosting of supply-demand matchmaking events, training sessions, and exchange activities, it aims to help enterprises break down information barriers to overseas expansion and progressively build a broad-coverage, rapid-response global support system. Winson Law Firm will seize upon this selection as an opportunity to fully leverage the platform's resources and policy support, continuing to bring its professional strengths in the Middle East region to bear  providing solid rule-of-law assurance for more Chinese enterprises pursuing high-quality overseas expansion.
