  • Currently providing full-cycle legal services for Harbin Electric International’s Rumah Phase II Project in Saudi Arabia, with involvement throughout the entire project execution process.
  • Provided pre-execution legal support to major state-owned and centrally administered enterprises — including Sinopec, CNNC, and China Construction Third Engineering Bureau — on construction and infrastructure matters in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, covering the review and revision of tender documentation, contractual terms and conditions, and subcontract agreements.
