Pouring out the teaching
Middle East International Project Claims and Project Management
On the 28th, Mr. Yang Hailin, an expert in Middle East international engineering, gave an opening lecture at Winson's office and gave a systematic analysis of the claims and project management of Middle East international engineering. This course is conducted online and offline synchronously, and the content is closely in line with the actual situation of the industry, covering key topics such as engineering contract management, shortcomings, claim strategies, and risk prevention and control. The content is comprehensive and detailed, and it has been highly praised by the participants.

Thanks to the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese-funded enterprises have undertaken a large number of infrastructure projects in the Middle East - including railways, ports, airports, oil and gas pipelines, large buildings, etc., which are full of opportunities and face challenges such as compliance, dispute resolution , and financial refund. For Chinese-funded enterprises, familiarizing themselves with the local legal environment, optimizing dispute resolution strategies, and strengthening project management to keep pace with the times will be the key to continuously expanding the market in the future.
The successful holding of this activity not only deepened the understanding of Chinese-funded enterprises in the international engineering legal environment but also promoted mutual exchanges and common achievements among Chinese-funded enterprises in Afghanistan. In the future, Winson Law Firm will continue to work with industry experts to link resources to provide more solid legal support for Chinese-funded enterprises to go abroad to "open up and expand the territory".
