- Provided legal services in connection with a court litigation case in Saudi Arabia for a major Chinese state-owned enterprise, involving a claim of USD 700 million and a counterclaim of USD 500 million.
- Assisted a leading Chinese private enterprise’s Saudi subsidiary in debt recovery, including filing multiple applications with Saudi courts for the enforcement of promissory notes, resulting in the rapid and effective recovery of substantial outstanding debts.
