- Advised Chinese enterprises on UAE aspects of cross-border acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, review of transaction documents, and advice on UAE corporate, regulatory and transactional matters.
- Advised on the establishment of joint ventures in the UAE, including structuring, preparation and review of constitutional documents, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements and other transaction documents.
- Advised on the UAE legal aspects of capital markets transactions involving listings on the Hong Kong and U.S. capital markets, including conducting legal due diligence on UAE entities, reviewing corporate and regulatory matters, and assisting with UAE local counsel legal opinions.
