Combines dual expertise in finance and law, with a practice focused on cross-border dispute resolution and corporate compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, served as regional legal counsel at major state-owned enterprises, including China Construction First Group and China Resources Power, leading the resolution of complex disputes in the construction and energy sectors and avoiding millions of RMB in potential losses for clients.
Deep experience in energy and power, infrastructure, and international trade.
Practice now concentrates on cross-border dispute resolution and legal services for Chinese enterprises expanding into the Middle East, bridging commercial logic with technical legal analysis to deliver actionable, results-oriented solutions.

Sinotrans ongoing legal services: advised on and facilitated the implementation of a framework cooperation agreement for logistics between a major state-owned enterprise and a high-tech company.
China–UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation (Jiangsu) development and management — ongoing legal advisory: guided Chinese enterprises in establishing operations and setting up in UAE industrial parks.
Dispute resolution: represented a client in an arbitration case concerning a land lease dispute in Abu Dhabi.
Labour law advisory: provided labour law compliance and advisory services for a technology company’s operations in Saudi Arabia.
Construction dispute resolution: successfully represented a major central state-owned construction enterprise in a subcontracting dispute, securing a favourable award and recovering losses of millions of RMB.
Special negotiation: represented a central state-owned energy enterprise in negotiations regarding quality defects in renewable energy equipment; resolved the dispute with a dominant supplier, securing commitments for maintenance upgrades and equipment replacements, mitigating capacity-deficiency risks and ensuring smooth operation of the client’s production and construction projects.
