Cases

  • Provided special legal services to an investor in the bankruptcy composition case of a well-known local medical corporation in Shanghai; researched and drafted the composition plan and coordinated creditors’ voting, ultimately facilitating a successful bankruptcy composition — the case was selected as a typical case of the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court for 2021.
  • Assisted a large domestic steel company in implementing an equity incentive plan; by establishing a shareholding platform at the group level, the plan tied the core management and key technical staff of the first-tier industrial subsidiaries to the group’s development, significantly enhancing the loyalty of core executives to the enterprise.
  • Represented Guangxi Xin Company in an equity transfer dispute with a rural commercial bank in Ningbo, with a disputed amount of nearly RMB 100 million; although the transfer contract was held invalid due to violation of regulatory provisions, the court ultimately ruled that Guangxi Xin Company was not primarily liable for the invalidity and ordered the rural commercial bank to refund the equity transfer price already paid.
