Winson Law Offices (Beijing) Joins Jiangsu–West Asia Service Platform

On December 15, the first Legal-Business Integration Conference was successfully held at the Jiangsu (Nanjing) International Legal Service Center. As an invited legal service institution, Beijing Winson Law Firm officially joined the Jiangsu-West Asia Legal-Business Integration Service Platform. This marks a key step for the firm within Jiangsu Province's new integrated development framework of "promoting business through law and revitalizing the district through commerce." It also signifies that Winson's Nanjing office will fully participate in the center's various functions, providing comprehensive support to enterprises in Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta region as they explore new global opportunities in the Middle East.

The first Legal-Business Integration Conference attracted numerous important representatives from government, legal, financial, and business sectors. Distinguished attendees and speakers included Jia Xiujuan, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice; Li Peng, Director of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice; and Wang Anwei, Secretary of the Gulou District Committee. Guests such as Lu Haitian, Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Talents and Professionals, also participated in the discussions. The conference brought together over 180 representatives from provincial and municipal departments, district leadership, renowned scholars, bank representatives, and professionals in international legal services, think tanks, finance, and enterprises. Participants engaged in in-depth exchanges on the opportunities and challenges of foreign-related legal services under new circumstances. There was a consensus that as Chinese enterprises accelerate their "going global" initiatives, building an efficient and well-structured cross-border legal service system has become an urgent priority.

During the conference forum, Lawyer Nan Yixu, Partner and Head of Winson’s Beijing Office, delivered a keynote speech titled "Risks and Investment Practices for Chinese Enterprises Entering the UAE." Lawyer Nan pointed out: "The challenges faced by Chinese enterprises expanding into the Middle East are complex and varied. There is an urgent need to establish an efficient and orderly service system to accelerate the localization process of Chinese enterprises."

Through the Jiangsu-West Asia Legal-Business Integration Service Platform, Winson Law Firm will assist enterprises in directly accessing target country markets, conducting in-depth analysis of market risks, and achieving seamless cross-border business coordination and a full-process, one-stop risk early-warning mechanism.

As a legal service provider with a global network and cross-border expertise, Beijing Winson Law Firm has been offering comprehensive, high-value legal services to facilitate investment, trade, and economic cooperation between China and Arab countries. The firm has provided full-scale, one-stop legal services to over 600 Chinese enterprises, including central and state-owned enterprises, and has successfully represented multiple landmark cases in the Middle East and North Africa region. Following its integration into the Jiangsu-West Asia platform, Winson will fully engage in the center's functions, realizing a "global resources, local delivery" service model that enables enterprises to obtain internationally aligned legal strategic planning.
